Our Commitment

aa99 believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — and we are committed to keeping it that way. When gaming becomes a source of stress rather than enjoyment, that is a sign that help is needed. Our goal is to help every player in Bangladesh enjoy gaming safely and responsibly.

Responsible gaming means more than just reducing the risk of losses — it means maintaining conscious control over your time, money, and mental well-being. aa99 provides various tools and features to give you that control, which you can use at any time from your account.

Important Reminder

Gaming is never a reliable source of income. Every game carries an equal chance of winning and losing. Only wager an amount you are prepared to lose.

Safety Protection Tools for Responsible Gaming

aa99 provides these tools to keep you safe, free of charge

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies if you wish to increase the limit.

Time Limits & Breaks

Set a time limit for each session. When the time is up, the system will automatically alert you. This is very effective for building healthy gaming habits.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During the time-out period, playing games or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

Using the long-term self-exclusion feature, you can close your account completely for a period of 6 months to 5 years. During this time, requests to open a new account will also not be accepted.

Review Gaming History

You can view your complete gaming history, deposit, and withdrawal records at any time. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

aa99's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat and email. If you feel something is wrong, do not hesitate to reach out.
