1. General Provisions

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

aa99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Wagering on the bonus: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• The bonus amount cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
• aa99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, aa99 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 VIP Program

aa99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). VIP tier benefits and terms apply separately, and aa99 reserves the right to change them at any time.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets on aa99 are considered final once confirmed. If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical issue, aa99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the full amount. aa99 will not provide any compensation for bets lost due to a user's connection failure.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or playing games using any software, bots, or automated programs
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other users to commit bonus or betting fraud
• Hedging losses by placing bets in opposite directions on the same event using another account

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Sports Betting
